Providing a safe environment of our patients

We are will be wearing PPE – disposable gloves, aprons and masks for every patient, with ongoing cleaning of the contact points and equipment between patients (as pre COVID-19).

Therefore we will be following the following procedures.

  • Phoning patients with a triage questionnaire – voice call, email or online

  • Completing a triage questionnaire at the clinic

  • Spreading appointments out – meaning we cannot se as many patients in a day due to procedures, cleaning and wearing PPE which is very uncomfortable

  • Taking our temperature twice daily and your temperature before the appointment

  • You will need to wash your hands

  • All patients are asked to wear thin stretchy sports clothing rather than using gowns where possible (if we agree together that you need to wear a gown then one will always be provided)

  • All benches, equipment, door handles, chairs will be wiped down afterwards and used gloves and apron disposed of.

  • Only card payments will  be taken no cash

  • Follow up appointments will be made if the answers to the questions above are still NO.

  • The same procedure will happen for every appointment
