Daniella Cunningham MAR
Reflexology Therapist

I became really interested and intrigued by reflexology over 20 years ago when having the therapy myself. I feel really drawn to holistic therapies and how they look at mind and body connections and are used to help the body balance naturally.

I started Aurora Reflexology out of dedication to provide holistic wellness through the ancient art of reflexology. I am committed to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being through personalised reflexology sessions. I believe in the body's natural ability to heal itself, and my goal is to support and enhance this process through the power of reflexology.

Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. Reflexologists believe there are certain points on the feet and hands. These points correspond to the organs and glands in the body. So by pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body.

If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them. Allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body.
