If your concern relates to the clinic environment (cleanliness, facilities, reception interactions, comfort), your first point of contact is our Reception Team on 01993 875 754 or email info@everybodychiropractic.co.uk
They will log your concern and ensure it is passed immediately to the Clinic Manager for review.
If your concern involves how a practitioner communicated or interacted with you, please contact the Clinic Managerdirectly.
They will listen, record your concern, and follow up with the practitioner involved to ensure it is addressed appropriately.
For concerns relating specifically to chiropractic care, please speak with the Clinic Manager. They will:
Review the concern with the chiropractor
Aim to resolve the matter directly
If needed, escalate the concern to the McTimoney Chiropractic Association (MCA) or relevant professional body
For concerns relating to massage therapy, please speak with the Clinic Manager. They will:
Discuss the issue with the massage therapist
Work to resolve the concern promptly
If necessary, pass the matter on to the therapist’s registered body/association
Step 1 — Contact Us
You may raise a concern with either the Reception Team or the Clinic Manager. They will record the details and ensure it reaches the correct person.
Step 2 — Clinic Manager Response
The Clinic Manager will contact you directly to discuss your concern, gather more information if needed, and work towards resolving it.
Step 3 — Escalation if Needed
If further action is required, the Clinic Manager will contact the relevant registered association—for example, the MCA (McTimoney Chiropractic Association) or the appropriate Massage Therapy Association.
Step 4 — Association Contact
The relevant association will contact you directly to address the concern and begin their formal handling process.
Step 5 — Further Action (If Required)
If the matter requires additional steps, the association may involve the relevant professional regulatory body, who will take appropriate action according to their protocols.
